This policy covers the Formlivo website and related enquiry and service processes. It does not limit rights under applicable law. For the detailed notice covering contact forms, purposes, legal grounds, recipients, retention and rights, read our Personal Data Notice.
Hosting, technical records and security
Your browser sends technical information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser and device details to Hostinger’s hosting infrastructure when retrieving pages. These records support delivery, security and troubleshooting. Where EU/UK GDPR applies, the basis is Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interests in a functional, secure website. WordPress, Forminator and anti-spam controls support enquiry handling and form security.
Language selection
A local server-side IP-country lookup can suggest an initial language without sending the IP address to an external Geo-IP query service. Visitor statistics for the language module are disabled. A manually selected language is remembered in your browser for up to 180 days; an automatically detected language for up to one day. You can change language at any time. Language selection does not reliably establish your residence.
Enquiries and project work
We use form and email information to assess requests, communicate in writing and prepare offers. An enquiry is not an order. Scope, fees and any client data-processing agreement are addressed separately if a project proceeds. Offering AI-supported services does not mean that enquiry contents are automatically sent to unspecified AI services. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive or third-party personal data in the enquiry form.
Optional measurement
Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads are enabled only after the relevant choice. Analytics and advertising measurement have separate controls and start disabled. Measurement can include pages visited, referral source, approximate region, device details and events such as a successful enquiry. Your name, email and message are not intended as event parameters. Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in this implementation.
Depending on your region and service, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, or Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, processes data. See Google’s privacy information. Where EU/UK GDPR applies, our optional measurement relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a); device storage/access also follows applicable cookie rules. Our Cookie Policy explains controls and browser storage.
External links and payment
WhatsApp, social-network and reference links lead to external services with their own privacy practices. If we provide a separate Stripe payment link, enter card details only in the payment provider’s interface. Payment processing is explained in that payment flow; card details must not be entered in the enquiry form or sent by email.
Recipients and international processing
The controller is based in the United States, and our team also works from Türkiye. Requests are stored in WordPress/Forminator and sent by email through Hostinger, which supplies hosting and email services. Google processes measurement data when you enable those features. Processing may therefore occur outside the EEA, UK or Switzerland, including in the US and Türkiye; provider infrastructure and subprocessors are also relevant.
Restricted international transfers require a separate valid transfer arrangement under the applicable law, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. A US address does not establish EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification. Cookie consent is not a substitute for a transfer mechanism. Retention, security and requests
Retention depends on the specific purpose, applicable recordkeeping duties and necessary legal claims. The 14-day technical delivery-log setting is not a general retention period for all emails or enquiries. Access is restricted according to role and the site uses HTTPS; applicable security duties remain in place. Report a suspected data incident or mistaken disclosure to info@formlivo.com.
Our Personal Data Notice explains applicable rights, requests, objections, complaints and US state-law considerations. You can change consent through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. We update notices when processing changes and seek new consent where required.
