This notice covers contact and quotation requests and related project correspondence. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Website language alone does not decide which law applies. Depending on the applicable territorial rules, protections may include the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) or relevant US state privacy laws.
Data collected and required information
We collect your name, email, company/brand, any contact details you choose to provide, requested services, sector, budget, timing, website/social links, project description and correspondence. Technical processing may include IP address, timestamp, browser information and security records. Information comes from you or a person authorised to contact us for you.
Fields marked required are needed to identify and reply to the request. Without them, we may not be able to respond. Other details are optional. Do not submit passwords, access keys, payment card details, health information or unnecessary personal data about others.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Assessing your request and preparing an offer: steps at your request before a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) EU/UK GDPR where you will be the contracting party.
- Communicating with staff or representatives of a business: legitimate interests in handling business enquiries, under Article 6(1)(f).
- Preventing spam, misuse and unauthorised access: legitimate interests in a secure and reliable service, under Article 6(1)(f).
- Keeping records required by a specific applicable law: Article 6(1)(c), where relevant; establishing or defending claims: Article 6(1)(f).
Swiss processing follows the principles and any justification requirements of the FADP. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or subscribe you to general advertising. Optional analytics and advertising consent is not required to use the form.
Recipients and international processing
Authorised team members and necessary hosting, email and technical service providers handle requests. Authorities or professional advisers may receive information when required by law or necessary for claims. Enquiries are not provided as contact lists for other businesses’ marketing.
The controller is based in the United States, and our team also works from Türkiye. Requests are stored in WordPress/Forminator and sent by email through Hostinger, which supplies hosting and email services. Google processes measurement data when you enable those features. Processing may therefore occur outside the EEA, UK or Switzerland, including in the US and Türkiye; provider infrastructure and subprocessors are also relevant.
Restricted international transfers require a separate valid transfer arrangement under the applicable law, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. A US address does not establish EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification. Cookie consent is not a substitute for a transfer mechanism. Contact info@formlivo.com for the recipients, locations and safeguards used for your request and, where applicable, a copy of the safeguards.
Retention
We retain enquiries and correspondence while handling and reasonably following up the request. If a contract results, necessary records form part of contract administration. Any later retention depends on applicable statutory recordkeeping and necessary legal claims; once those grounds end, data should be deleted or anonymised. FluentSMTP technical email-delivery logs are currently set to 14 days; mailbox correspondence has a separate retention period based on its purpose.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your situation and object to direct marketing at any time. Consent can be withdrawn prospectively. This enquiry process does not use solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Send requests to info@formlivo.com or the postal address above. We verify identity only as necessary. EU/UK GDPR requests normally receive a response within one month; any permitted extension will be explained. Swiss access requests normally receive a response within 30 days. Applicable exceptions and other statutory time limits remain relevant. You may complain to your competent supervisory authority, including an EEA data protection authority, the UK ICO or the Swiss FDPIC.
US residents
US state privacy laws depend on your residence and whether the business and processing meet statutory applicability requirements; not every state law applies merely because our company is registered in the US. Where applicable, rights may include knowing/accessing, correcting or deleting data, obtaining a copy, opting out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and appealing a denied request. You may use an authorised agent where the law permits. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising applicable rights. Submit requests or appeals to info@formlivo.com. Use “Cookie preferences” to disable optional advertising measurement; an enabled Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising measurement off on this site.
