• Create and maintain playlists, including video order and visibility.
• Apply owner-selected video thumbnails and playlist cover images.

Video uploading and release scheduling are planned for a later stage and are not included in this release.

There is no public registration. The primary account may allow additional Google accounts controlled by the owner to sign in. All approved sign-in accounts share the same studio, connected channels, artwork and approvals. Only the primary account can add or remove sign-in access. A sign-in account and a connected YouTube channel are separate: each channel requires its own Google consent and exact channel-ID verification.

Vokivo does not ask for Google passwords. The web version stores authorization and operational records in an encrypted database on the owner’s Hostinger hosting, with its key kept in private server configuration. Hosting administrators with access to both the key and database remain trusted. The existing Windows integration stores its credentials locally with Windows DPAPI.

ChatGPT can read permitted channel information and prepare a change. Manual changes require approval in the private studio before the server worker executes them. Unattended updates are limited to a playlist policy explicitly authorized by the owner. Server scheduling is available only after its separate setup and verification; the web landing page alone does not activate it.

This installation is for its owner and channels they own or are authorized to manage. It is not currently offered as a public service. The owner controls each authorization, publication and schedule. Access may be revoked in the Google Account. YouTube use remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
